TS-C

After the drying of the flocked textiles, surplus flock is removed with the TS-C machine. This is carried out by a combination of vacuuming off with strong turbulences and brush support. The surface is brushed off by the upper and lower brush at the inlet slit. A special air guidance with strong air flow additionally produces a vibration of the fabric piece. Surplus flock is vacuumed off and collected in a flock collection bag.
