and water resistant Diazo-UV-polymer photoemulsion
AZOCOL
Z 1 is used for the production of high-quality,
solvent and water resistant stencils. Universally suitable
for nearly all applications in screen printing. Ink resistances
are hardly affected by high air humidity. Easily decoatable.

18
|
|
Water
resistant, fast exposure Diazo-photoemulsion
KIWOCOL
18 is a fast exposure, solvent resistant Diazo-photoemulsion.
Especially suitable if large quantities of stencils or large
format stencils (poster printing) are required and when
the UV-light source is set at a longer distance. KIWOCOL
18 is resistant to solvent based and UV reactive
printing inks, screen openers, retarders, solvent cleaners
etc.

Water
resistant Diazo-photoemulsion
KIWOCOL
225 is used for the production of stencils, which
are resistant to aqueous printing media and plastisol inks.
Mainly used for T-shirt printing. Decoatable.

POLYCOL®
XXL
|
|
Highly
viscous, one-component photopolymer emulsion for very high
stencil build-up thickness.
POLYCOL
XXL is a one-component photoemulsion. High viscosity
and solids content make it especially suitable for direct
coating of coarse mesh and the production of stencils with
a high coating thickness. Stencils made with POLYCOL
XXL are typically used for printing Plastisol,
aqueous textile and ceramic inks as well as granulates.
