New Premier is the HIX top of the line conveyor dryer. The interior walls of the oven are fabricated from corrosion resistant galvanized steel to resist attach from moisture, volatiles, and corrosives released from substrates and inks. HIX manufactures its own infra-red heat panels specifically designed for each dryer's requirements. They are "color blind" which means that they give even heating over the full spectrum of colors so that absorption rates between dark and light colored inks are virtually the same. HIX infra-red panels also burn off residues to minimize build up that could hinder curing. Triple wall construction and insulation coupled with adjustable entry and exit doors ensure that you are getting maximum energy efficiency. Variable speed air recirculation allows for up to 97% recycled air. The precise control system of analog belt speed and digital temperature controls give you the ability to choose the correct combinations for differing products. The heavy-duty belt drive has a variable speed motor with positive chain drive. This system also has permanently lubricated ball bearings at all rotation points for smooth, trouble free service.
